GM Tax, also trading as Go Matilda Accounting and Tax, asks you to help us provide a relevant service by requesting a limited amount of information. You should be assured that we treat your details with the utmost seriousness, and do not pass this information to any other person whatsoever outside our company, unless you have given us your express permission to do so in advance.

We do not use cookies for collecting user information and we will not collect any information about you except:

  1. What is required for the purpose of sending you newsletters by email. This includes your email address, and where relevant, your postal address and telephone number. We may provide your contact details to our associate businesses so long as you give us your express permission to do so.
  2. In the event that we are instructed to provide migration consultancy services we will also collect a wider range of personal information about you, which shall be used for the sole purpose of assisting with your visa application and, other consultancy services if we are instructed to assist in that regard. These shall not be disclosed to any third parties, save for the relevant authorities in respect of the services that we are engaged to provide.
  3. A record of your visit(s) to the GM Tax website for statistical records and for the purpose of marketing the GM Tax website. This includes information as to your IP address, the date and time of your visit to the GM Tax website, the pages accessed, the previous site visited, and the type of web browser and the type of operating system you are using. In this regard no attempt will be made to identify users, save for the situation where a law enforcement agency may obtain access to our records in the event of suspected criminal activity.

This information is retained on a secure server or PC and is not readily accessible by third parties.

If you believe we hold incorrect information about you, or wish your details to be removed from our records please contact us at any time with your request, including those details that you believe we have on record (so that we can locate your details). We will then confirm the amendment or removal of your details within 7 working days.
